Your brand.
Their equipment page.
The renter sees your company first. Equipment identity, guidance, support contacts and reporting belong to the machine in front of them. Mulemark stays in a supporting role.
From first scan to final return
A physical QR tag opens the right equipment page. Renters get guidance and a path to help. Staff get connected reports and rental-session evidence.
Guidance
A renter can forget even a good walkthrough. Someone else may use the machine later. A visual quick-start guide puts the important information back in front of them, at the moment they need it.

Support
Renters can reach the rental company or submit a support request from the equipment page. The asset is already identified, and photos and a description help the yard understand the situation.
Your rental company, with the asset identified.
Condition evidence
A renter can document a concern when they notice it. Staff can review the report alongside the outbound record and later return findings for the same rental. A report preserves an observation; it does not decide fault.
Asset, photo and submission time together.
Return workflow
Renter information and the staff return checklist stay connected to the rental session. Photos, condition findings and earlier reports give the team a more complete starting point for review.
Review the rental before closing it out.
Workflow illustrations, not screenshots. Use the equipment examples to explore the actual product. Guide panels are a content format, not operating instructions.

Outbound condition, renter reports and staff return findings can be reviewed in the context of the same rental. Submissions do not have to live as isolated forms or loose photographs.
Agree the asset group, configure the pages, verify tag-to-asset links and introduce the workflows to your team. Content and installation work are scoped before rollout.
Practical questions
The things an owner or operations team should know before planning a pilot.
No. Mulemark handles equipment guidance, support, reporting and rental-condition records. Reservations, contracts, dispatch, invoicing and payments remain in your rental-management system. Working alongside that system does not imply an existing software integration.
No. Renters open the equipment page with their phone camera and browser. Staff sign in to access employee workflows and private rental records.
The rental company supplies or approves equipment-specific information. The intended pictographic guides are concise references, not substitutes for operator training, manufacturer instructions or required safety procedures.
The public equipment page is separate from authenticated staff records. Reporting an issue does not open other customers' rental history. A fair process does not mean making private rental evidence public.
Start with a defined group of assets and an agreed scope. Set up equipment pages, tags and staff workflows, then review actual use and operational value with your team. Asset counts, implementation and commercial terms are agreed directly.
Yes. Open an equipment example using the same Mulemark QR codes shown on this site. The step-by-step panels above are explanatory illustrations; they do not submit reports.
